This policy does not apply to tuition fees or payments made directly to universities, colleges, embassies, visa authorities, examination bodies, accommodation providers, or any third party organizations.
3. Consultation Services
Consultation fees are generally non refundable once the consultation has been conducted. If a consultation is cancelled by Perfect Scholar before it takes place, the amount paid will either be refunded in full or rescheduled at the student's preference.
4. Admission Processing Fees
Admission processing begins immediately after a student confirms enrollment and submits the required documents. Once processing has commenced, the processing fee paid to Perfect Scholar is non refundable because resources, personnel, and administrative work are allocated specifically for the student's application.
5. Premium Platform Services
If Perfect Scholar offers subscription based services, AI powered educational tools, learning resources, or premium digital content, refunds may be considered only if the subscription has not been activated, the service has not been accessed, no premium content has been consumed, and a refund request is submitted within the applicable refund period announced for the service. Once digital services have been activated or substantially used, refunds will generally not be available.
6. University Tuition Fees
Perfect Scholar does not collect or control tuition fees paid directly to universities unless specifically stated in writing. Refunds relating to university tuition fees are governed entirely by the refund policies of the respective educational institution. Students should carefully review each institution's refund policy before making payments.
7. Visa Related Expenses
Visa application fees, embassy fees, biometric fees, insurance charges, translation charges, courier charges, and government fees are generally non refundable unless refunded by the respective authority. Perfect Scholar has no control over these charges.
8. Cases Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued
Refunds will generally not be provided if:
- A student changes their mind after services have commenced.
- A student decides not to pursue higher education.
- A student chooses another university.
- A student fails to submit required documents.
- A student misses application deadlines.
- A university rejects an application based on eligibility requirements.
- A visa application is refused.
- A scholarship is not awarded.
- Government regulations change.
- Immigration policies change.
- Licensing requirements change.
- A student provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Services have already been substantially delivered.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
Perfect Scholar may, at its sole discretion, consider partial refunds under exceptional circumstances. Each request will be evaluated individually based on the stage of the application, services already delivered, administrative work completed, third party expenses already incurred, and supporting documentation provided by the student. Approval of one refund request does not create an obligation to approve future requests.
10. Cancellation by Perfect Scholar
If Perfect Scholar is unable to provide a service for reasons entirely within our control and no meaningful part of the service has been delivered, we may issue a full refund, issue a partial refund based on services already completed, offer an alternative service, or reschedule the service. The appropriate remedy will be determined based on the circumstances.
11. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, students should contact Perfect Scholar and provide full name, registered email address, contact number, payment details, date of payment, reason for requesting the refund, and supporting documents where applicable. Incomplete requests may require additional information before they can be reviewed.
12. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment provider processing times. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
13. Chargebacks
Users agree to contact Perfect Scholar first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback through a payment provider. Submitting fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal action where permitted by law.
